JONES COUNTY, MS (WDAM) – An unidentified 3-year-old male was killed in an ATV accident in Jones County Sunday morning.

The accident occurred around 11:30 a.m. on Burt Creel Road in the Hebron community. Jones County authorities say four people, including three children and one adult were on the four wheeler.

The three children were ejected when the vehicle flipped. Two children suffered scrapes and bruises; one child was pronounced dead upon arrival.

18-year-old Takyra Murphy was the driver of the ATV.
